Get to know your Valuer: Julian Reeback

I have been in the Property business since 1988 experiencing different roles in both Sales and Rentals from working in both Corporate and Independent Agencies and with that experience gained, I formed Compton Reeback in 1995. With 36 years experience, I have the expertise to guide you on the current market climate and am able to advise you on the best marketing strategies for your property so you can achieve the best possible price. I oversee the Sales and Investment Departments and are very much hands on with both historic and new clients.

How to prepare for your appointment

We don’t need you to do too much, but it can be helpful to ensure your home is tidy and presentable, so that we have easy access to view and measure where necessary as well as are able to see your property in the best possible light.

we will, wherever possible, professionally photograph and prepare a floorplan for your property and bring it to life with a plain English description. We will accompany all viewings, only ever with an experienced, smart, knowledgeable member of staff, and never a ‘Saturday person’.

We will market your property on the UK’s biggest property websites including Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.
We will give you regular updates on the progress of your sale or letting.
If you are not able to speak to us when you call, we will return your calls or emails the same day.
Our directors or staff will be delighted to meet or speak with you at any point to discuss progress on your sale or letting.
